Julia A. Gardea, Attorney

Julia is the newest member of the Immigration Law Group at A.G. Linett & Associates, PA. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, where she interned at the College Station Municipal Court and gained early exposure to the judicial process.

She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law. While in law school, she founded Lawtinos, the school’s first Latino law student organization, and was involved in the Civil Rights Law Journal and the Legal Association of Women; both experiences solidified her commitment to immigration law. After law school, Julia was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2025 and is an active member of both the North Carolina Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Julia has a particular interest in family-based immigration, asylum, and humanitarian relief, where she is committed to helping individuals and families navigate the complex immigration system.
