As the founding attorney of A.G. Linett & Associates, PA, Adam focuses his practice on personal injury, car accidents, truck accidents, traumatic brain injuries, workplace accidents, and wrongful death cases. He represents injured people and grieving families against insurance companies, negligent drivers, trucking companies, and other responsible parties.
Adam graduated from Duke Law School in 2000 and began his legal career handling defense litigation and appellate matters. That experience helps him understand how insurance companies and defense lawyers approach serious injury claims. Since founding his Greensboro firm in 2006, Adam has built a practice focused on litigation, preparation, and client service.
Alexander J. Eiffe
Alexander J. Eiffe is a Partner at A.G. Linett and Associates. Alex is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Alex’s practice at A.G. Linett & Associates focuses on the constantly evolving field of Immigration Law.
Alex grew up in this area of North Carolina and attended UNC Chapel Hill where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. He earned his law degree from the University of Villanova School of Law. In law school Alex was Co-President of the Latin American Law Student Association and acted as Villanoa’s representative to the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania for two years.
Eliu F. Mendez
Eliu F. Mendez is a Partner at A.G. Linett & Associates. Eliu’s practice is focused on plaintiffs’ workers’ compensation cases and general litigation. Eliu joined A.G. Linett & Associates in the spring of 2015. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Eliu was a volunteer Assistant District Attorney in the Wake County District Attorney’s Office. Eliu is a native of New Jersey, but grew up in the Piedmont area of North Carolina.
Eliu is double graduate of Campbell University. He graduated from Campbell’s Lundy–Fetterman School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2011, and he earned his law degree from Campbell’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2014.
Riczy A. Davila
Riczy is a licensed attorney* with a diverse legal background and a strong commitment to immigration law. Before earning her U.S. Law LL.M. from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, she worked as a Criminal and Family Law paralegal. After passing the bar exam, she was admitted to practice law in the State of Washington, which allows her to represent clients in federal matters nationwide. Today, her practice is devoted exclusively to immigration law.
Alex R. Wimmer
Attorney Alex Wimmer is an associate attorney who works in both the Criminal and Family Law Practice Group. Alex has been a licensed attorney since 2022. Prior to joining A.G. Linett & Associates, Alex worked as a Family Law attorney, with experience in Guilford, Rockingham, Randolph, and Forsyth County cases. Before becoming an attorney, Alex worked as a legal assistant in Salisbury, North Carolina, where he helped manage Family Law and Criminal Law cases.
Alex attended Law School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he earned his Juris Doctorate.
